How do you charge your legal

We charge an hourly rate
plus some disbursements. However we will provide you with an estimate of
costs for your matter at the first interview. From experience, we have found
that our clients prefer Interim Accounts, as they better meet their budget
requirements. We bill on a monthly basis to help you keep your finances under
control. |

Yes. Some people may be entitled to
Legal Aid assistance. In such circumstances Victoria Legal Aid will pay our
legal costs on the your behalf. |
